Chip Neiman is a life-long resident of Crook County, Wyoming. He and his wife Joni make their home near the base of Devils Tower in heart of District 1. Working in agriculture his entire life, Neiman has a deep understanding of doing all that you can with resources you’ve been given.
“My parents went through the Great Depression and raised me with this ideal, ‘Don’t spend what you don’t have and always improve without compromising your future.'”
Neiman has watched as politicians, at every level, continue to waste the taxpayer’s money and understands that a government who does the things it shouldn’t do is incapable of doing those things that it should. With this in mind he’s stepping into the political arena in order to represent District 1 with Conservative values.

My grandfather homesteaded in Niobrara County in 1920 and my family moved to
Weston County in 1973, where I have lived ever since. My whole life I have been a
rancher with strong ties to the land. My wife Ann and I have raised 9 children here
and know that we are blessed to live in Wyoming where freedom is still a way of life.
I was so honored to get the opportunity to serve you in the Wyoming Legislature these last two years and I have worked very hard to make sure I continue to stand for liberty and maintaining the Wyoming way of life. I am asking for your vote to ensure that my children and grandchildren - and yours - get to enjoy the same freedoms we have.

I am running for Weston County Commissioner because I believe strongly in practical,
transparent, and responsible local government that puts the needs of our rural community first.
The office of County Commissioner is one of stewardship. Commissioners are responsible for
managing the county budget, maintaining essential services such as roads, public safety, and
health services, and making decisions that directly affect every resident. In my view, the role
requires careful listening, fiscal discipline, and a willingness to find common-sense solutions
rather than increasing burdens on our taxpayers and ranching community.
If elected, my focus will be on protecting taxpayers by carefully reviewing every budget line and
seeking efficiencies without harming essential services. Supporting our local healthcare system
and ensuring Weston County Health Services remains strong. Maintaining and improving our
county roads and infrastructure, and preparing for the future needs of our county.
I am not a politician and I believe government should be limited, accountable, and focused on
results. I ask for your trust not because I have all the answers, but because I will listen, work
hard, and always put Weston County’s best interests first

It has been an Honor to serve the people of Weston County as your Commissioner and Chairman.
I believe all elected officials are to serve their constituents and not make themselves above the people they should be serving.
Transparency , Morals , Common Sense , and accountability serve as my first priorities.
Openminded and able to admit when I have made a mistake to the people I serve, but also committed to asking the question no one else does because I am fighting for what's right, not what's right for only me.
I am proud to have received a resolution or praise from the Weston County Republican Party for keeping my word and doing what I have promised.
As Chairman, I helped bring back Prayer to our commissioner meetings and I set up meetings in Upton, an important part of Weston County, so that their ideas can be shared to Commissioners and help bond all Weston communities.
Fought for better dispatching service - one that can help save lives quicker with state-of-the-art communications and run by all entities in county, not controlled by just one.
Made sure that Weston County employees got raises BEFORE part time Elected Officials Do! No raises to commissioners during my first term in office.
Worked to make sure Everyone who could not attend meetings had access that worked to see meetings through Teams.
Helped Make Weston County a second amendment sanctuary.
I promise to stay engaged with the community not just at election time attending events as much as I can so that I can keep a pulse on what community needs are. I am aggressive but very loyal to the people I serve and will fight for what's right even against what the crowd does but willing to learn and change if there's a better way.

Serving as your Weston County Commissioner has been both an honor and a responsibility that I have never taken lightly. I am seeking re-election because I believe experience, integrity, and thoughtful leadership are essential to effective county government. A County Commissioner serves many roles. We are responsible for being good stewards of taxpayer dollars, maintaining county roads and infrastructure, supporting public safety, overseeing county operations, and making decisions that affect every citizen of Weston County. These responsibilities require careful study, sound judgement, and a willingness to listen before acting.Throughout my service, I have worked to be accessible, transparent, and accountable to the people I represent. I believe every issue deserves careful consideration, every taxpayer deserves responsible stewardship of public funds, and every citizen deserves to know their voice is heard. I also believe elected officials have a responsibility to ask difficult questions, study the facts thoroughly, and make decisions based on what is right for Weston County - even when those decisions are not always popular. Leadership requires both independence and the willingness to work respectfully with others to achieve the best outcomes. If I am given the privilege of serving another term, I will continue to focus on responsible budgeting, protecting essential county services, maintaining our infrastructure, supporting public safety, and planning wisely for the future while preserving the values that make Weston County such a special place to live. Two years ago it was for budget and spending - public safety... That still is on reason... This race I add: Weston needs revenue, not new taxes and fees.
I want to diversify our Business/Industry base would bring in employment and thus revenue for Weston. We need to speed up government processes. With the speed of today’s electronic and industrial developments, government is staying way behind in planning and our ability to benefit from new technology and industries. Weston needs to become partners in economic planning with the cities, towns and regions.
Tourism planning – Weston needs a draw and implant a desire in tourists to stop, stay and play.
Educational – Cities with Colleges, Tech Schools and other institutions, where students are in residence, bring money to the community where they learn.
These are just a few of many things that can help Weston with revenue. Public Safety is always foremost on my mind too.
Scott Beachler for Weston County Coroner
Born & raised in IN. Lived in WI for nearly 11 yrs. (May of ‘96 to March of ’07.) Moved to Weston County WY in March of ’07. My wife Charlene and I have been married for 40 years and have 2 married children and 12 grandchildren. I have been the Weston County Coroner since January 2023. I manage the Carquest store in Newcastle. I work part-time at Meridian Mortuary. In 2022 I was approached by a Crook County Deputy Coroner to consider running for Coroner. (Crook County was handling Weston County calls at that time.) I talked with some of the local Law Enforcement and Medical personnel about it and also received encouragement from them. After praying about it we felt that God and I would work at this together. I now have over three years of experience as Coroner and feel like God has called me to this vocation. I feel like my family grows with each new case. I feel that some of my experience and training in Emergency Services has helped qualify me for the job. While living in Indiana, at the age of 16, I got a part time job driving ambulance and helping with funeral home services. At 18, I joined a volunteer fire department where I served for 11years, advancing to position of Asst. Chief. I also served: on a county fire association as Vice President, on a county fire investigation team, on a county Hazmat Team, advancing to Technician level. I worked full time for a private EMS service for about 2 years. While living in Wisconsin, I served: on a volunteer fire department for 11 years, advancing to Captain; on an ambulance service, holding positions of Vice President and President; on a county Hazmat Team, holding position of Asst. Chief. This Hazmat Team operated under the jurisdiction of the county Emergency Management Office where I assisted with training, record keeping, communication equipment, annual budgeting, emergency response plans, mutual-aid agreements, and many other related functions of that office. Here in Wyoming, I am currently serving on the Weston County Sheriff’s Search & Rescue Team. Current positions: Secretary/Treasurer, Chairman of Communications sub-committee, Chairman of Finance committee, Member of Executive Board, Cadet Program Advisor. I am the Church Safety Team Director at Gateway Fellowship Church near Newcastle. I am an Assistant to the Weston County Emergency Management Coordinator.
